I think the better horse won...but I cannot help but feeling that Via Afika could have pulled it off...the 1000m was not in WAW's favour and I felt that they paid him a bit too much respect....but brilliant race all round...(tu)

I thought VA ran an exceptional race - just met a champion on the day - Cape Royal very disappointing
