no idea.why you guys so worried abt the wind?it doesnt matter if the southeaster blows at gale force or not,class will tell in the cape flying champ race.i still make it a match race between waw and cape royal.that will be the exacta so fill your boots.

just remember even the mighty national currency with striker on top could only manage 3rd in the cape flying into the southeaster.i dont know how good via afr is,but she needs to be 1 of the best fillies in the world to win this tough 1000m race against these top sorts.i say good luck to her and her connections and i hope she wins for them,but i cant have a cent on her or incl her in my exotics.

with all this talk about winds and the Cape horses even I am know beginning to have doubts.
we will lose 15k or 16 k if VA loses.
if she wins then we collect 120k.
This filly is quick. tomorrow will be the big test and my friends and I are hoping that she can pull it off for us.

BTW I am in Jhb invited to the course tomorrow. so we will scream VA home together

South Easter (head wind) 27km/h gusting to 45 km/h. In a 9 horse field where can you hide ? Via Afr's time in the Southern Cross into the same wind is still faster than WAW and CR. Start to finish VA !!!!
