Gold Circle's new race.(tu)
12 years 4 months ago
Gold Circle has put on a new very interesting race on the 31st March. Called the "Easter Dash" it is a 600m level weights sprint. It will show who the quickest horse in Natal is over the 600m. I think it will be great to watch. No apprentice allowance or any sex allowance for fillies or mares.(

Interesting Craig
...But are these for babies. Hope not because we might not see them back racing or training on.

Open race so any age or sex. Doubt anyone will put in a 2yr old at level weights with older horses.

There was once a one-off race like this at Turffontein some decades ago. Can't remember the horse who won but he was trained by Azzie I think. It was the only race the poor horse could win because he ran like a quarter horse.
