Why don't you just use the word RIGGED as that is what you are thinking.....absurd line of thought. So every time there is a false start in any race race in the future you going to post again with the same line of thought. Why must you detract from a champion and the best horse from winning the LQP?

No doubt Observer backed Jackson or Pomodoro in the race ..I thought that he was just blowing off steam yesterday but even after having time to rethink his position he continues to defend his ridiculous theory, imo his view on this should not even be dignified with a response..

if they ran the race over on 10 different days the result will stay the same.variety club will beat them everytime.he is just a cut above all else in rsa over a mile.the best horse won and the 2nd best horse ran 2nd,3rd best 3rd.no excuses and i think its time everyone accepts variety club is best mile horse in rsa by a country mile.

Yip, I agree serious allegations, whether he meant it like that or not. Just remember who owns VC Observer. I'm almost 200% sure he has more money than you and able to tie you up in court if he can find a sympathetic judge.

I would just leave it alone and that's that!

Wow, quite a backlash.

Firstly, I am not talking out of pocket, as I backed VC! And made quite a pocketfull if I may add. And yea I also backed Pomodoro, and I am not sore because it lost.

Secondly, it was just my observation of what I saw, and I expressed my view, like it or not, but that is what freedom of speech is all about, or not.

So please, don't bring in lawsuits etc....as long term punters, as you obviously seem to be, so much for transparency.

Some of you protest too much over a simple view.

Freedom of speech should not be confused or abused with groundless accusations from anonymous sources who clearly have no idea of what they are talking about..so if you eulogize freedom of speech as you profess to then at the very least you should treat it with enough respect to check your facts before mouthing off...
When people try to rubbish this forum they don't refer to the informative and constructive posts that appear here they are forever making referance to posts like yours.....think before you attack your keyboard..
