I would much prefer watching false starts at Ngong, delayed starts in Zimbabwe than local canter pasts...(ygolohcysp) to throw TellyTrack spies>

Tellytrack has many challenges.
Is it on the correct channel. i.e. DSTV vs. ETV or SABC. DSTV and PHUMELELA do not service the same client base.
No experts running tellytrack.
To many stakeholders.

Have to agree with you Craig but if you listen to the powers that be its about presenting a product that runs from early in the morn - till late at night to maximise betting turnover. but really some of the crap that is on early and late really has to be diluting turnover. In their defence we dont have anything happening early and late locally unless their is a night meeting. Still i have to agree to sacrifice our racing for Ngong and other crap in the middle of the day is crazy.

Disillusioned with local racing --- for me too many upset results without a shred of form to back them up. Come to the conclusion no point in studying form so giving local a miss for a while. Having a bet or two per meeting involving UK flat racing and seem to be having more luck ? Dutched 2 horses in each of 2 races at Kempton last week and one paid out 13.40 and one in the other race paid 7.90. Quite happy with that. Backed On The Hoof last night [ only bet ] W'hampton and it payed 8.20 so not too shabby. Point is, imo they had form and ran accordingly.I havn't seen that happen locally for quite a while and when it does it's usually @ even money or worse. Don't know how long this will last but will cerainly give UK a shot for a while at the expense of local. Set-up just seems more professional to me from many angles. That is '' my opinion '' anyway, and not denying speaking from my pocket.
ps Hey Greg, before you '' ARM '' me
---- my post Kempton 13 / 12 refers
