Is there perhaps a reason why Team Valor did not keep that one for themselves?

I know they are in the business of selling what they breed but if Barry liked what he saw he would not even have seen a sales ring?

Doesn't look like he is too good at all, unfortunately.

Can't agree....CTN with the long run in will beat KOP......1,5 kg is 1 length today.....s/h in it.......level weights in the Guineas.....

Ill Back The Hangman over CTN and KOP anyday.
The way he cruised in yesturday was scary. The Dingaans holds the rep of being a fav killer if I'm not mistaken. Last year Merhee and Potala got smashed. Year before The Apache shat in at 40/1. The Hangman made it look like a maiden plate win! I know there is a saying that goes,:'only good horses win the Dingaans!'

With all due respect to Ydays field he beat very little......he will be lucky to find a top 3 finish in CT.....

@ WE 100% correct wrt him beating nothing yesturday, but he could only win? And that he did with ease!
Imo he couldve won by 7/8l if Strydom pushed him. Yes he was a certainy at the level weights, but the manner in which he won was very refreshing for me. I think he will give CTN and KOP a run for their money in CT. And he will be a good price for an EW punt. Just predicted prices, etc! Just my opinion as well. I could be way off

Sheza ... I have to agree with W.E. here (and I not a cape racing fan at all) ... but KOP to me looks the real deal over a mile, and Cape Town Noir was super impressive yesterday looking like he had been dropped into the race at the 400m mark. At this stage I reckon the Gauteng 3 yr olds have a lot of catching up to do. And that also is my opinion only....... Act Fast is one that was in my notebook and got me a really nice fixed place yesterday and the triffer for nothing.... my Cape Derby horse (tu)
