You know what honestly, she spoke out of anger and frustration and whilst she must be held accountable for her remarks I think she has been punished enough.

I am a Indian and I hate fireworks because my best friend, a german shepard had to be put down 15yrs ago because he suffered shock because my ignorant neighbours thought it was funny to throw a few crackers at his kennel to see his reaction. I will never forget the anger and my outburst at them for as long as I live. I would have been in jail for murder. I also said a few bad things to them.

I agree that her comments were unacceptable Agra!! Please don't think that i think differently!
Prosecute her for hate speech, charge her for whatever you want, but calling for violence and calling for physical harm to come to this girl is a step to far!
