did a credit card deposit this morning at approx 10.30am....still not reflecting on my wsb account...i have emailed the proof of payment that fnb send to clients once there has been a payment from their account...
my bank statement shows its paid but wsb says its not reflecting on their side...
made many calls since this morning and still no joy...

i always do a credit card deposit with them. I have never had a problem with my account been credited within 1 minute. Not sure of your problem, but never happened to me before. I pay and go straight to the refresh button and there we go. Hope your issue is sorted quickly

sent 2 emails to my trainer that I am quitting the syndicate since the original choice is no longer available; no response!

and we say the Government and the industry operator are f...d?

STOP PRESS!

Just been informed by a legal friend that a trainer cannot unilaterally change the original terms of the agreement by directing members to replace a horse in a syndicate.

Plus, if no longer available, the members/shareholders must be refunded their full paymenst with interest.

There is also National Credit Act ramification which supercedes the terms and conditions.

Marilyn just contacted me and sorted out.

My frustration is the delayed or no responses;

For TellyTrack why no service on standard Multi-Choice (EasyVIew) for over 3 years!

I am still waiting for Marshalls to respond after almost a week.

I want to make sure that I owe them zilch before anyone accuses me of bilking and using the bookie site non-availability as an excuse. I am just as fed up that 6% is dedcuted on tote bets and handed to Province.

Also, the operators made a big story to the CC that TellyTrack is available free to homeusesr; a f..g blatant lie to mislead them!

They said they communicate with all stake-holders; bull shit!

It seems that in this industry, everyone is waiting like hawks to take us punters for a ride.....all the time!

As a customer, I am now demanding service and complete info as my right; if not, I keep my money or go elsewhere!
