Not in terms of NHA rules!..........they have to get a special resolution.
They have had a year to sort this out after the debacle of last year (remember Brett Masell's charged the NHA with breach of rules)
The people who run this industry just follow up with cock-up after cock-up!

I`m sure the jockeys love the challenge and love their country and would still enjoy it with out receiving international colours..

International colours for jockeys is just redic...

Fuck they are not taking part in international sport,they are having a blast and getting some exposure for racing...
