For what it's worth, I encourage Mark and Vicky in CT to keep on the really excellent work.

They may not be quite as slick in the onscreen techniques (yet), but they do their homework (!) and the prerace analysis is worth the listen.

The last race yesterday featured a carry over quartet, and Vivky tipped the 25/1 12.Impressef, stable companion to the 12/10 fav 15.Woodland Gem. Applying logic rather than woman's intuition or who bred it or whether is comes from Oz or not, she quite rightly pointed out the top two in the betting had both only run once at a completely different track, and that the Impressef could easily improve.

Anyone can pick and tip from the top of the board. There is no doubt the new oncourse presenters are adding value.

As for the old guard using one [old wive's tale] cliche after the other, please check the statistics of what happens in the 2nd run in the modern era before selling your snake oil. Perhaps you can stop making a jackass of yourselves and read a race right for once.

its taken tellycrap a long time but at last with vicky and gavin venter we have two presenters who tell punters who are unable to attend the meeting how the horses look in the ring and how they go down to the start...its very clear to all who the job reservation presenters are and they have to be dumped to make way for people who can tell you a lot more than what you can read in a book ...mr ken if you had any balls drop the drek

This lass can spot the lurkers and she backs it up with sensible analysis.She tells you what you do not know and that is refreshing.Keep it up Vicky and do not stop informing us about the trackwork which you witness on a daily basis.
