Swearing is normal,

Superiors who rule by authority are not superiors.

All they do is hide behind authority,

So when anyone stands up and questions that authority, their fragile egos's are threatened, and the natural human reaction is to get rid of that threat.

True leaders, are not those who by their authority command respect, but rather those who by their actions EARN RESPECT.
