UK Racing

12 years 8 months ago
#270262
Ascot 5-15
Amadeus Wolfe Tone ran in the Ayr Silver Cup last time out and finished in midfield,
the heavy ground seemed to bog down the gelding.
2 runs back it beat previous winner Misplaced Fortune and an in form Goldream, picking
them off in the last 100metres.Being a 3yr old i think there is improvement to come..
Ew odds at 12/1 for 4 places looks a medium size bet..

Funnily i will probably have a small saver on SS,with a big field its not a bad idea to do one drawn low
and one high..Its shame my pal has left Varians, could have got the heads up...Stable is still throwing out winners

I know Bob,i can understand the SA bets to a degree,But if i was a bookie,id want to lay a Jamie Osborne
sprinter in a 17 runner Ascot Handicapp all day long.He isnt exactly the best plot merchant in the game
