Poor old Cecil..........nice bloke but indoctrinated into bullsh!tting...........lol
IIn the 1st at Goodwood the horses suddenly went into reverse...........Cecil says "its the kind of thing that can happen with live TV"
I would have thought it can only happen with recorded TV..............never seen horses run backwards...live!
