Thank You ABC - Anthony G

What better way to recover than read the shit you guys post on is forum. Come to think of it, I have more chance of dying from reading. LOL
On a serious note, I would like to thank each and everyone of you for your well wishes. I really truly appreciate it and ABC is much more than just horse racing. Doctors were really surprised at how quickly I recovered and after two days was moved to hi care. I actually walked all the way from ICU to Hi Care. Call it my first canter LOL so don't listen to trainers when they tell you the horse is unfit. I am up and about like I said and should be home by the weekend. How I missed the sticky buns and coffee. I don't think I will brave going to the July this year even though I have a runner Lovestruck running. Drawn in Springfield Road but will be an armchair spectator.
For me this whole thing has been an eye opener as I had no symptoms of any pain etc. ECG and X-rays showed nothing. Only angiogram picked up problem.
I am raring to go and look forward to posting again on the forum. Now for those who are looking for a July winner, look no further than English Garden and Tales Of Bravery.
All you guys rock on ABC and thank you once again
Go to go guys, nurse in short skirt here to attend to me LOL
Cheers

Mood sounds good and that is a good sign, take it easy as there are many more July's to go to in the future.

Hi Anthony G!
Been there also in April. Always Stuck to healthy food, avoided all the schnapps, takeaways, etc. Had 2 attacks within no time; didn't even know about the 1st one!
As for the extreme pain on the groin (where they inserted the needle and placed the bag), it will go away after about 2 weeks.... just take care and don't allow for infection!
Stick to the diet; no fats, sugar, cold drinks (even hot ones like booze!). Walk a lot, no strenuous exercises.
AND........
N O ....... s t r e s s!
