I learned something and want to share

Hi,

So i have just been on a conference with one of my clients and BT (their client) this conference was all about working together and the HUGE BT understanding and supporting how us little boys on the ground deal with them and day to day situations.

During the conference one of the speakers showed the following video:



This has had a huge impact on me, of course its a bit of a joke BUT even the biggest in the world sometimes HAVE to move with the times and understand that the little guys also have validity.

Boys yes its quite funny , another speaker showed the following video. Here is a trailer of it. For me i have NEVER been one for
"team building" shrink based bollocks BUT as my business grows i find myself looking and learning for wiser and trusted methods.

This trailer is fascinating, its about a simple little fish shop in Seattle that is now the focus of studies and training methods for
fortune 500 companies. I certainly will be adopting and adapting the way we operate. after this conference........ooops maybe i am growing up.
