Tellytrack showing races delayed?

Anyone was watching race 1? I was watching it on tellytrack and the horses went down and then before they started loading into the stalls tellytrack lost the feed and switched to Kempton

I backed 1K on the favourite in the US race as they went down and where behind the stalls waiting to be loaded...thats when they lost the feed...

The favourite EMILY`S TWIST won anyway as I checked the results on tabonline..

World sport betting paid me and then within a few minutes refunded me my ticket and did not count the bet.. they said that the race had gone off already and apparently Tellytrack was showing a recorded version and not the live feed...

I placed my bet at Date Taken 28-03-2012 18:52:20..............apparently according to WSB the race went off 18:51:10

WTF.............??????? I had a whole argument with them but they are refusing to pay as they say the race was off and I could have know the result,,,,

Anyway anyone know how I can check the time the race went off and why is tellytrack showing races delayed/recorded?????

Another public relations coup! I wonder if they would have been as quick on the draw had your horse not won?

The other issue which I am starting to find increasingly disturbing with regard to international racing is the apparent difference between officially disseminated prices and those quoted by on course presenters.

In recent weeks there have been a large number of races where the presenter has quoted prices substantially better than those being offered to local punters. I fully appreciate that this information is not always totally up to date but there is seldom an example where a price is quoted which is shorter than the one offered locally.

This afternoon one of the UK jumps meetings had a 1/5 favourite. Seconds before they jumped the on course presenter stated that the favourite had just SHORTENED to 1/3. Yet only 1/5 was ever offered for the 5 minutes leading up to the race.

Trifecta (4-2-3) : $16.60 (2 unit stake)

According to the Attheraces Website this race went off at 17:51:51 UK time
which is 18:51:51 SA time
. You placed your bet at 18:52:20[/b]. Seeing this was a 7 Furlong (1400m) race you placed your bet 29 seconds after the start of the race which equates to almost 500m of the race being covered when you wagered the bet. So the horses were at approximately the 900m mark when you wagered your bet. Your argument can be that with 900m of the race still to be run you could have not known the result but then knowing the bookmakers they will come up with some sort of excuse not to pay and some of the reasons I know all to well.

that price offered was thievery....on bet fair...any amount of 5/10 was available....and when that was snapped up a min before the race..they were taking 4/10....interbet had quite a bit of 1/3 and 4/10 available as well

I wonder if the ticket was a losing ticket if they would have been so kind to let me know the situation and refund me? No chance.

Anyways this is the response I got from them this morning:

Please note, Ticket Numbers 858323 have been cancelled due to our Late Bet Policy.

As we are certain you were unaware that the event had started, we are required to cancel any late bet submitted.

Phumelela had this race in question showing is ‘un-raced’, however the result was unfortunately known.
