So when they Racing on 25th December??

Saw today that there is a day and a night meeting on the 6th April (Good Friday),
Seriously?? Who comes up with the scheduling of south african racing, who bright idea is it to have a day and night meeting when most ppl go away on holiday. not to mention the fact that its a regilious holiday as well... for shame.. So i guess its just a matter of time till there is a Day Night on Christmas day..


So glad i got out of working in racing long ago..

not everybody is phased by good friday

What about all the Jewish holidays that we race on,not to mention all the other religions that we overlook, but race on Good Friday and it is a travesty... :S

Easter used to be a great time of year in the industry,about the only time of year we could let our hair down...

Where they racing.......I want to see what the chances are of it being a good friday!

They race on diwali ,the most auspicious day for the indian community so why not good friday

fair enough i agree.. but a greyville night meeting.. is a bit extreme or am i the only one who thinks this ? (probably am)
When then i guess it is a fair question.. When is racing on Xmas?? who all gonna sit at the tote.???

Yay, when I was young Good Friday was the most boring day of the year .... and then when I turned 12 things improved cos I discovered girls... and they did not cloth ...errrr, I mean close on Good Friday like the Yellow Canary cafe' where my favourite pinball machine was.... and then at 13 things got much better on Good Fridays cos then I had discovered sex... and Swazi Music Radio was around ... and they did not go off the air and the girls did still not cloth ... errr, I mean close on Good Fridays.....

Oh okay, I guess you guys can figure that I am bored and the pponies at Fairview are just too clever for me !!

u not..some jocks wont take rides on the day...

Same guys who dont put us down to race this and next sat............!!!!!!!!!
