great looking house but not worth that amount of money. You dont even pay that much in Palm Beach in Florida or La Jolla in California, Houses in Rose Bay and Watson Bay in Sydney are also cheaper. You may pay that for a bedsit in London if you are unlucky.

I would, but the pool is too small.
