in restricting betting (interactive ) , the rule is as clear as night and day . the place deemed to be where the transaction took place is at your p.c. and not at the location of the server . wow , now isn't that simple to understand . and to the opposite of allowing interactive betting , the rules are endless , vague , contradicting , etc .. i guess that there are big players in the industry that derive huge revenues from the present situation and will use every tool available to stop any change . they know that it will change and a delaying tactic is employed so enough time is available to cement themselves in the foundation of change - allowing for a continued ridiculous flow of money . to those that call me ignorant or stupid , i hope that you are not any of the big players trying to throw this forum off-track in not allowing the punter to get the best possible bet available out there . every situation is relative . the bookie will try to increase profits , accepted by us , the punter . then it should also be accepted by the bookie society that we , the punter ( collectively ) , should be allowed to transact where the best possible odds are available .
