Guys I know that it looked like we had flogged their incompetence to death but they keep excelling.
As posted on another site ,they are still taking bets on a horse scratched over an hour ago.
I needed to cancel my perms taken on-line,so called the number specially allocated to VIP clients some years ago(the only thing I ever got) only to find it is no longer in use.
I could write pages on the circus that developed when quering with customer care.........so I will leave it at that..........but they really are a bunch of clowns!

Surely they read the forum and try improve there customer service...:S

We spoke about the scrolling with the online results a few weeks back, I emailed them about this am yet to receive a reply...is it that they just don't give a sh!T...:X

Greg,I also asked them to change the format of results so they show on 1 page,without adjustment...............I have an Autistic son who understands better!
