lol, Dave its all about finances and I don't have a lot!! I tried doing e/w but found I was losing more, remember I follow the market a lot so there are times I'm backing 5 or so horses, doing them all e/w gets very pricey. I prefer to do SFs and tricasts with the additional money, I had the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th all covered and that would have paid me over 1k if it had come in, just unfortunate that "thing" was way ahead of the rest but I was not to know that. I did have a couple of quid on a place on the second. But for a small time punter I've not done bad, about 5 or 6k up in the last year and rumour is if I were trying to be a professional punter that would be a decent return for a first year.

Fancy Regal Roxy in the next. Two good sand runs at the start of her career. In form yard and ran a good second with Louis Nhlapo up and a handy rate. 7/1 is a nice eachway price and worth a small punt.
