Turf Race 6 MagiQuin

Why on Bettingworld does Magico currently have shorter odds then Mannequin, when Mannequin has beaten Magico in their last two starts?
And how does Deliver The Power and Storm Vandiso fit into the picture?

I recon it is both Magico's reputation as well as the Peters yard do like a punt so the bookies take no chances. I will wait before Magico starts producing his earlier form before puting anything on him. I also think Mannequin giving weight away to some up and coming geldings may have her work cut out.
I really like Deliver The Power and over 1160 would have made him a good thing but the way Storm Vandiso has been running of late over 1000 meters has been ultra impressive. I am still just going for Deliver The Power to beat Storm Vandiso with Waywest Goddess to give them both alot of cheek.

This is a handicap - so Magico better off in the weights this time - the beauty of handicap racing is that one needs to judge for yourself if the handicapper has the relative MR's right or not - for myself I think that Waywest Goddess is perfectly suited to the trip and must have a chance at the weights - especially as both Magico's and Deliver the Power's recent runs suggest that they would prefer 1200 - I don't believe Storm Vanadiso is in this league (preparing face for egg)

I'm with Pirates here. For me he is the best rated horse in the filed, despite being a 3 year old and will love the quick 1000m here. BEEG runner in my books.
Waywest Goddess will have to find a length or two on official MR.
Think this is midnights race for the winning.

So then the horse who you think is the most underrated and the best in at the weights should be the one you like right? As they all should have equal chance of winning (in theory)?
I did like Midnight Serenade at the weights but he was so far off the pace, I could never see him winning.
I thought the winner was rated too highly at 109, meanwhile the handicapper got it spot on.........
Pretty sure they do that more often than not!
