Great service from Hollywood!

After taking a multiple place bet via telephone toaday because of my internet net being down i had arrived home
from work to see my bet was out.I had looked and my 1st leg was mistakenly given as race 1 no 1 for a
place instead of race 3 no 1 for a place.I then contacted hollywood to inform them,the operator said he would
go and listen to the recording.the Operator had contacted me back and informed me that i had given race 3 no 1
for a place and not race 1 as mistakenly given, the operator had heard race 1 and confirmed as race 1.
I in the other hand heard Race 3 when she confirmed the bet and confirmed!they informed that their rules
are that the bet confirmed is the final bet!I asked if they could put me through to one of the managers?
The operator said that she would email the query to one of her superiors.A while ago one of the managers
contacted me to inforn me that they would corect the bet to inflated odds and the bet would go forward
in to my next legs into the weekend.I thanked them for using common sense as i would not call out a
bet and confirm to something else!
