Stiffs, but anyhow you don't need to be in on that one horse, you study form way better than most people and can make your money, YOUR way

market???? so you actually believe in the south african betting market?barring a few times very small amounts are traded on first timers on interbet which cause a horse to shorten plus coupled with the fact that a claim on first timers is 10k in major centres and 5k in kim and pe.... then yes i prefer the trainers comments cos they will tell you if its stable money or not and the punter will not be MISLED,,,this site is called african betting clan the voice of the punter but through many years of asking for transparency and examples of the shams craig eudey helping the punter the punters voice is still not being heard by your employers...

For Neighmaster - together with your good English language and your acting experience I'm sure Barry Irwin will give you a job if you need one. Hey Barry, I've even seen Neighmaster snog a gorgeous on TV.

2cents the trainers who lie should be named in my opinion. They can then decide the next time he is asked if he wants to be branded a liar or a trainer who does not have a clue about how good or bad his horse is.On occasions I have gone through and looked at the claims in a particular meeting and it is amazing how few win and some dont even run a place. Thanks Pirates we try where possible. Anyone can ask about any horse of mine anytime. I like Jimmy's accent. I did not manage to get one like that and also went to Maritzburg College. Should have concentrated more during English lessons!

Anyway I'll continue getting comments wherever and whenever I can. All I know is that if there were 8 1st timers in a race I'd be backing at least 4 of them as half the time I'm told its a "nice horse" (:P)

ps Alistair doesn't claim to know it all, neither do I. He is a young chap who has a passion for horse racing and a love for horses. He is willing to learn and deserves a chance.
Jimmy's point regarding the parade ring preview is valid. Without that task the presenter could be focusing on what is happening in the parade ring, source all 1st timer info, reasons for layoffs etc etc and then relay it to the viewer in the race preview.
