What is more interesting is that we feature higher than those in the European economies that are causing the current financial crises - Italy and Greece. Africa has been fed by European's borrowed money Italy at 19 Trillion dollars!!!!. Would any African state be allowed to even come close to that level of debt?

We wonder why Africa remains third world?

To be honest, I was amazed at how high up we are. Must be first time we are in the top 1/3 for anything for a while.

The world isn't safer than it was when Fred Astaire was dancing. World is a dangerous place, seems to be going backwards. Maybe it's always been dangerous.
