Hi my fellow clansmen/ ladies

I hope Barcelona Winter won't let us down like Barcelona FC did last weekend against Getafe.

I personally would've like A Marcus to ride this lovely horse but I'm still confident that he will give a good account of herself.

@ Tommy....that's exactly that. Trying to make up ground on the new course (long straight) ain't gonna be easy. In race 1 we also had a similar result. Jmho.

Not necessarily, Drier mentioned this morning that he has seen more runners winning from the front into the head wind than coming from behind .... I guess it depends on the horse at the end of the day...

Guess there is that way of looking at it too.

If the horse is good enough it can win from anywhere, just conventional wisdom dictates that into a head wind the front runner will battle as it has to cut out the running in front all the way.....especially around the bend.

Will make for interesting racing.
