But he's a free agent. Competitive yards need to know they have constant access to good riders so they have to form allegiances. I guess as good as Striker may be, he just hasn't formed partnerships that last.
When good horses pop up, there is always someone else who should get the ride. It must be shit to be an ace pilot watching faster jets whizz by though.
