The Competitions Commission needs to set up a hotline to air other issues.

I must ask.
Rian states thats 80% of dividends paid to Horse racing Trust is put back in stakes for the 4000 odd races held by Phumelela.
Where would the stakes for races come from if no dividend was paid to shareholders. Why is it the trusts responsibility and not Phumelela' to secure the stakes for racing.
Surely the trust should be using the money they recieveto secure the future of racing not help the operator out of a problem of their own doing.

I'm not sure Ms. Kema can be trusted. She currently has several people suing her for unpaid accounts. The company Africa Race International doesn't even exist. She seems to be a very good con artist...
