will Ken Rutherford give Ian a hearing?
Even answer his questions (totally legitimate and of genuine concern)?
En core! En core! En Core!........
for non-appearance/ no response / no comment!
can we toast to that?

From the SP article:
Jayes didn’t mince his words at all. He asked when the powers would ‘wake up’ to the needs of owners and trainers. He took a swipe at Phumelela, the National Horseracing Authority and even asked what the Racing Association were doing to act in the interests of owners. He said they were all clueless. The handicapping, the programming – even the track management that saw them halve the size of the Vaal track. “ Must we shoot the horses rather?”, he asked in obvious anger
If this is an accurate reflection of what was said (and I have no reason to doubt the accuracy of SP's articles) - I agree with Mr Jayes in most of his assessments - I do however think that the handicappers are doing an admirable job taking into account the ludicrous 'rules' they are subjected to.

the program of races has nothing to do with the hcaper and therefore i agree the hcaper does a very good job...however the sale of bloem and the kimberly shithole has along with the person who does the program caused this shit...bloem catered for these horses but the shithole in kimberly does not as the surface is different and believe it or not they cater for average to higher mr horses with plate races on offer there...kimberly should be the last hope for horses not a place for higher rated horses ffs...
