Any idea how much Humaam sold for???Am looking to get into syndicate to own a horse but live in Uk which makes it difficult.Coming down to Sa in October may have to see then.

That was very cheap indeed for an (Aus) and from Sheik Mohammed al Makthoum.Someone got a bargain.

You better of paying r70 a kg of good lamb from your butcher than buying a bleeder/cripple

Tommy, he would be behind at WFA as a Northern hemisphere (which he isn't) bred running in the Southern hemisphere. Or am I the one going nuts?X(

I think we both know what we mean but perhaps my wording just did not explain thoroughly enough. What I should have said was that many of the overseas imports are bread to Northern hemisphere time so therefore they are mentally 5 but physically only 4 1/2 or so. But with Safwan you don't even get that advantage as he was bread in Australia therefore he is exactly the same age as our boys and no "hidden advantage".....Just perhaps another detraction from buying him.
If they let him go with July at foot perhaps he would have sold and for a larger sum too.......
