Weather here in Baltimore is absolutely perfect. After weeks of solid rain, today we have blue skies (I was beginning to think that was a phrase used only in song titles!) and temps in the mid 70s. Our colt was trucked down in a float at 5 a. m. much to the chagrin of all the press and hangers on, who would like to have been able to see him in the flesh training at Pimlico. We have broken quite a few myths with this colt and I hope the contrarian trend continues.

Doesn't look like Tellytrack will be showing The Prix d'Ispahan, they would rather transmit world class racing from Roma...:X

AS well as everything went for AK in the Derby, just as badly did they go for him at Pimlico. He HATED the dirt in his face, was a mile back and had to fight through horses coming around the final turn.......still he ran HUGE and only failed by half a length!

Barry and your team, you guys can hold year heads very high!! You have done things in the last 2 weeks that no other horse, group or trainer has EVER done imo!!!

Hope he pulls up sound and he moves forward.

I knew the Preakness would be the hard one to win as I believe the 1 1/2 miles of the Belmont is perfectly suited to AK!!!!!

Well done even in defeat! Nothing about your horse is ordinary! He is absolutely extra ordinary!!!
