La Promesa runs in a weak field, should win the 3rd with Marcus up unless one of the 1st-timers are any good .... Second best for me is Divine Right in the 7th, imo she has more improvement to come than anything else in the field.... For a roughie I fancy Draw Bridge in the 8th, 3rd run after a rest should be ready to run a big one today....

My two tips for us beginners
Race 2 Legal action 3 rand eachway
Race 7 Wings of an angel 3 rand each way

Syncopate BEST bet MR 88 but is getting allowance to 84 i guess think thats fair. Felix the only concern. of this trip better horsie. only bad run of 1200

Deliver the Power very hard to beat imo - but not so sure about Warm Cognac - best outsider of the day City of Bells (how come his MR dropped such lot?)

Clearly interference but I think too late to affect the result.....BUT.if the 9 had lost third place I would have been pissed and why I don't like the current objection rule.
