The game next weekend between United and Chelsea could decide the championship imo..

I agree but Chelsea will have to play a lot better than they did yesterday against spurs,to beat UTD at old trafford..

The two sides have exactly the same goal difference right now. If Chelsea win next week, they'll go top by the goal difference of that victory.
If Man Utd win, they'll be 6 points clear plus that marginal goal difference.

The final two weeks fixtures:
Blackburn vs Man Utd
Chelsea vs Newcastle

Everton vs Chelsea
Man Utd vs Blackpool

On paper, Man Utd have the easier time of it. The big match is at Old Trafford, and their next two opponents are near the wrong end of the table.
A different way to look at it though is that their opponents still have survival to play for, while Everton and Newcastle may be in holiday mode.

i expected utd to stumble today after having a game away in europe midweek and i hope the same doesnt happen next sunday as i am fearing the worst

At last the Gunners did something to please us,even with us out of contention,we have opened up the chase for Chelsea,who have it all to do,what great London neighbours.If we could beat Man U,whats Barcelona going to do to them,the chances off Man U not winning a trophy are starting to look quite good.

I am in a tough spot as a supporter of both sides, however Champions League Finals, MAN U does not have a chance with Barca, they play magic ball.
