This excerpt from the sporting post tells me that at some point someone paid R110k for this horse?

I don't understand the breeding or selling business too well so how is this possible? A buy back from the breeder?

That could perhaps be something that Sportingpost could look into publishing? I know they disseminate a lot of info already, but, as was the case yesterday with Sage Throne, people who don't follow ALL sales will not know that the horse was sold on via a dispersal sale of some sorts.

Got it know!! It was on Dr Jim Hay's "fat stock" dispersal sale. Dr Hay bought it at the R2R sale, the previous year.

Good purchase!! Rob Pickering one of the real good guys in racing..very happy for him!
