What do members expect from the RA?



Looking for users who are RA members or constructive contributors on the forum to post an “RA member expectations list”.

great Clintto...see there...Yes all must contribute ...they are for sure "constructive contributors" on this forum especially Frodo and many more...

Seriously though, this seems like a great opportunity - let's hope they actually do something in response to the list (and why has it taken them all this time to finally face up to the 'on-line community')

I regard it as another big step in trying to resolve customer/member concerns and can only be positive for racing.

Lets be fair, we have been moaning for almost 5 years and as they say better late than never.

Now guys and girls post if you wish to be taken seriously as this is indeed a radical move on the part of the RA

I WANT to watch my horses run for free, as a foreign owner i am a nett contributor to SA racing. There are many of us and i dont see why there cant be a way for us to see our horses run. I have NEVER seen a horse of mine win a race LIVE and of the last 5 winners that i have had i have only seen 3 win , 2 in a betting shop and one at home on the pc. We cant visit them on weekends, we cant use the RA facilities, we dont park in owners sections.

As for visiting SA in the next 2 years i will probably spend in total 3 weeks in SA.

So for me i dont see why they cant subsidise the dish and give us the feed for free.

Race 3 VAAL, betfair have the incorrect time loaded up so cant watch it. Thats why i need teletrack
