Saftote website message wrt high court ruling

Does this mean I can load a race/ soccer game / etc on our MUREX (or SUMMIT - WALLSTREET SYSTEMS - IFOREX) web site here in the EU at the bank ( separate server) and allow the RSA punters to buy Binary options (punt or lay the horse / soccer teams).

I know they are not to sign on to Betfair and the likes.
However the court ruling did not include FX sites which are used by the banks. The punt and lay options (same as Chelse win 1-0, 2-0 etc , currencies (match bets) , futures (who will win F1 drivers etc)
They call it Binary trading.
Guess all punters are Binary traders now?
No tax also on FX platforms!

Or are we going to confiscate (nationalise) the banks?
Senseless as the banks need R600bn to comply with 1st pillar of BASEL III by 2012.
Failing to comply (which they will fail) will result in Standards & Poor downgrading their credit status from a C to junk bond status.
Guess we don't want the banks?

However it seems that the ruling was made in haste.
The citizen has a constitutional right to do a job (Binary trader on any platform - inclusive of betfair). The laws of the country cannot limit or prevent the citizen from earning an income.

Guess the ruling can be ignored?
