maybe they are selling while they still get buyers?
in 5 years who would want to buy?
Track is costing money? why keep it?

Leading horse transporter Roux dies
By Michael Clower 2:32PM 9 JUN 2011
South Africa: Brian Roux, for many years the country's best-known bloodstock transporter, has been killed in a car crash near Johannesburg. He was 53.
The horses flown by his BBR Bloodstock company read like a who's who of South African racing and include Horse Chestnut, Ipi Tombe, Victory Moon, Western Winter, Northfields, Jallad and Flaming Rock.
The business ran into financial problems last year and Roux was forced to cease operations. He blamed slow payers and himself, saying: "At the end of 2009 I was owed in excess of SAR 8 million [£727,000], but my blind pride in always delivering horses on time for the previous 31 years came into play and I stupidly continued to ship."
Roux also had interests in a number of horses in training and the best was the dual Durban July winner El Picha.
