Really looking forward to the aus/nz game... Being the 1st game and in Aus, the wallies are going to be up for it... Should NZ have their recently adopted slow starts, this could be a nail biter... Aus will be mamoth on defence. I feel NZ will take it, but by less then 5....

Agree Karma , Australia + 11.5 looks a decent bet
SA -16.5 looks a bit high to me , if i had a bet would be on Argentina handicap

NZ - 22.5 vs Australia - after lasts week embarassing display , Australia can expect another hiding this weekend
Argentina + 7.5 vs SA - wont be much between them this weekend , one card can swing this game either way

All those people calling for Richie Mounga to start ahead of Beauden Barrit... I could agree more... Barrit is so shit... He should not even play in the super rugby competition.. How we was even world player of the year 2 years in a row blows my brains. :whistle:

Ja , Barrit is really shit . Completely dominates the game and scores 4 tries . I will tell you one thing , SA could do with a player half as good as he is in any position

NZ -27.5 vs Pumas - NZ will win well but don't see it by 28 , Pumas handicap
Aus -5.5 vs SA - bet of the weekend has to be SA on the spread , the changes will make a huge difference to this team and i expect SA to win comfortably

we utilise Jantjies...and Australia counter with a Beale...:ohmy:
that is why Australia and RSA lag so far behind...we using players from 8 -10 years ago...:whistle:

Imo .... Jantjies had a fair game (of course nowhere near the class of either Barrett or Moanga) and held his own - the 'innovative thinking' of leaving Marx on the bench the first big mistake; still at the break I thought we would win comfortably, but in the second halve the back-line was non-existent and we returned to the old 'crash ball' tactic; still we should have won the game, but as a performance it was pretty dismal - not sure how to improve things, but for me perhaps the main problem is the ineptness of the backline - so we should look towards the back-line coach (still the incumbent from years ago I believe) for the answers :(
