According to reports Forest only had one strike in the 2nd half and the keeper was the hardest earner of his wages ...

I was hoping my next post would be a positive one but naaaaaaaaah this game is also not for sissies. It wasn't long ago when the owner was singing all the praises and the gaffer was the best thing. With only 3 points from the last 7 championship games Forest have fallen out of the play-offs and Davies, the gaffer, has been sacked after the 5-0 thumping from Derby at the weekend. Neil Warnock seems to be favourite to take over.
I dont think I agree but what the ....

Losing 5-0 to Derby is a cardinal sin as the fans hate each other

Losing 5-0 to anyone is really bad...means that many players didn't pitch up or, if they did, they lost heart somewhere along the way...

WHEN it comes to football rivalry, there's only one team in white and black that makes Forest fans see red.
But why does the mere mention of Derby County attract such a negative reaction from the Forest faithful?
And why are Forest's colours like a red rag to the Rams?
For Dr Alan Pringle, lecturer in mental health at the University of Nottingham, the clubs' illustrious histories play a part.
He said: "With Forest and Derby, the one thing that is really interesting is the sense of moral superiority both sets of fans hold over each other.
"All good sporting rivalries stem from equality, and Forest and Derby have great similarities.
"Both clubs have past glories that their fans hope will return.
"This cup tie is a bit of a reminder of those days."
Dr Pringle wrote his PhD on how football can affect the mental health of fans.
He said that the Forest-Derby rivalry had taken on extra importance due to the varying fortunes of other sides in the East Midlands.
He said: "Realistically, in Nottingham, Forest and County have not been equals for a while.
"When you don't have that immediate rivalry, your first stop is to build a rivalry with your neighbours down the road."
He added that the rivalry could be heightened during tonight's FA Cup fourth round clash at Pride Park due to recent changes in the dugouts at both clubs. "Both teams have suffered recent disappointments, but both have now got new hope under new managers, he said.
"At the moment, everything is looking up, but for one set of fans there will be major disappointment after this match.
"For the side that loses, their team's history will take over

I think Derby holds the record for the lowest number of points scored in the Premier League. I'm just saying but not rubbing it in (
