Another point gained in Arsenals quest to finish top 4. Not the best of second halves which could have ended losing the match.

Forest up next

Chook, you think Forest can pull off a giant and a half killing on consecutive weekends? Liverpool cannot be considered giants anymore, they playing like midgets right now.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Forest have changed their system playing 4 at the back with 5 midfielders and it worked against Liverpool who were very poor. Arsenal will fly at them at home and if Arsenal score early it’s game over for Forest as they won’t sit back and Arsenal with their pace will catch them on the counter attack

Anything can happen Bayern especially in the PL.

Excellent result for Newcastel. Eddie Howe seems to be a very good manager.

Newcastle should have won that match by at least 3 clear goals Love it when Tottenham are beaten.

Arsenal very poor in the 2nd half so a point is good

Gerrard must be feeling like crap tonight after his ex side Villa thrash Man United slayers Brentford 4-0.

Leicester back on form with a 4-0 thrashing of Wolves Fulham with a 3-2 win at Leeds heap pressure on the Leeds manager

World Cup around the corner going to be boring with very little atmosphere as it’s going only cater for the rich. Hotel rooms hundreds if not thousands of pounds a night. Burger and chips £25 pint of beer £15
air fares over £1k return. Matches played in the mornings and lunch time uk time so TV viewing will be down There are matches later in the day as wellI wonder how many labourers have lost their lives building the stadiums. Portugal were my choice to lift the cup but have been hampered by injuries to a few players Now I think a team from South America or Africa will win it ( heat factor)
Would be fitting if Argentina won it for the GOAT, Messi to sign off with a WC medal.

Monday Gossip:

Villa will need to pay €10m to appoint Amorim from Sporting Lisbon.

The apparent uncertainty over the future of Conte is preventing Kane and Son from signing new deals.

Man U’s Varane’s injury is not as bad as first feared and could still play in the World Cup.

Now it’s ok to pass the ball with your hands to a team mate to score

Shocking decision. The West Ham player clearly and deliberately used his hands to pass the ball.

Lionel your boy let himself, his team mates, his club and the fans down by going back to the dressing room with 10 minutes left. If ten Hag really wants to stamp his authority down he must banish Ronaldo from the first team squad and make him train with the juniors and then kick him out in January. If ten Hag buckles then that will show him as weak. His team are better without Ronaldo in it.

CR7 let himself down. Full stop. That was unbecoming of a professional player. How ETH deals with it depends on how CR7 responds today in training.

I will support whatever way ETH decides to deal with it. However, I hope it's not banishing to train with the juniors. As unacceptable as it was, CR7 will never deserve that punishment. CR7 wanted to leave the club, and the club denied his demands. They should have let him go. They have some blame to bear in all of this as well.

CR7 showed his class with the statement that he released, even though it does not excuse his behaviour, or absolves him of responsibility.

In a nutshell - he is human. He makes mistakes too. That's good enough for me.

Ronaldo is back to training with the first team.
