at the rate they are going they will have NO players come August

Im in.

So far there are 22 . So at this stage if it were say 200 per player for the season we would have 4400

so the first prize could be something like 2000
2nd 1000
3rd 500
4th 300

there is 600 left over and with that we could have a monthly prize for the best player of say 50 a month

obviously if we get more entries the prize totals will go up and up and we may even have a prize for the team that comes last

I'm odds on for the wooden spoon

The papers will publish players and prices within the next 4-5 weeks so we, those who are entering, should after the WC start debating on the scoring system. So we will gather the info from all of us and then decide which way to go. A suggestion is not to make in complicated imo.

Since we were let down for the world cup prediction thread, i will try my best to get some stuff added

I will kick it off with a signed Joao baseball cap

I am going to provide a football replica shirt of the clanners favourite team. Still to decide if it will be the winner or even at the end of the season Scotia can put all the entrants names in a hat and draw out one name and I will go and buy the shirt and send it off to the clanner.
