@cnc...I would like to suggest that our initial 11 for the round robin stage include 1 player from each of 2 qualifying teams so that there is interest in almost every match...

So 5 batsmen, 4 bowlers, 1 all rounder, 1 wicket-keeper...max 2 from automatically qualified teams and at least 1 from 2 qualifying teams...still maintain the 1 star player in initial 11...

Just a suggestion...

Excellent suggestion tnaicker but and a big but I think that it’s too late as other entrants may not read the thread prior to tomorrows matches and also there a 4 qualifying teams Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Scotland and by the looks of it Namibia who have Ireland on the ropes atm

Well done Namibia I have not posted their squad as I doubt if any of us will select any of their players but if you want me too then I will otherwise break a leg and enjoy. I will endeavour to have the points up as soon as possible and remember to shout if I balls up
