:XI see that Tellytrack still have Vaal race 7 result and dividends in the loop. Absolutely nothing to inform some poor sod only tuning in now that the race is void.

Yeah magic,I would guess that that was the PA issue too...they hadn't voided the race,and made all runners winners, at TAB.
I queried a payout on Sunday and spoke to 8 people...not any of which had a clue what I was talking about or how to handle it,so I just got transferred,without warning, time after time,and did a full circle!
The lack of training is a big problem in that company.If I thought someone cared ,I would ask to listen to the tapes with a manager,for no other reason than to give them an idea of how frustrating they are to deal with!
