HTD hasn't even won a Gr3 before.
He was comfortably beaten by both Blue Tiger and Gaultier last year.
In 2008 he was fifth.
Is he now a better horse?

Probably not, Dr Who, but he is getting a different prep (all in PE) this time and he did have shoe problems last year. I still doubt he can win but I will be delighted to be proven wrong.

Would be nice for HTD. Blue Tiger has had quite a heavy season this year already.
I'm shouting for the Muhti - Thunder Key

My sentimental choice is HTD,but I'm gonna take me some 11/2 about Villandry.....Do we all forget that just a year ago we thought Villandry does not stay a yard beyond 1000m???? That is before he klapped some decent 3 year olds in the Gold Medalion.
The only problem with Villandry is the jockey, otherwise I would have had a BIG strike!!!

I think an extremely open race - WWN surely better over 1200, but a headwind may assist - even though HtD is not a true 112, he is arguably in better form than both Gaultier and Blue Tiger; I think if there is no headwind, the race should be fought out between the 1000m specialists - Hear the Drums, Cyber Case and Villandry, but it is a field leg for the exotics imo

Kenilworth: Betting World Cape Flying Championship (Grade 1) 5f, turf, 2.40pm GMT
CAPTAIN'S SECRET attempts the first leg of an unusual double in the Cape Flying Championship over 5f at Kenilworth on Saturday.
In seven days time he runs in the Cape Derby over twice as far. He would have gone close in last month's Cape Guineas but for a bad draw and trainer Mike Bass thinks a lot of him.
The trainer said: "He's a very good sprinter, he is doing well and he must again run a big race."
This is the first Grade 1 sprint of the South African season and has been the target for Villandry for the past six months.
Trained by Vaughan Marshall, Villandry was the top sprinting two-year-old last term and has set a blistering pace in each of his three starts this season, only to weaken in the final furlong.
Marshall said: "He went too fast last time but now we are going to hold him up and we think that's the way to ride him."
The Charles Laird-Anton Marcus combination has won three of the last five runnings and their Warm White Night is the ante-post favourite.
He has proved expensive in two outings this term - he started at 1-5 when only third on his return at Turffontein - but last season's best form gives him strong claims.
Hear TheDrums has won 30 races - he is only two short of the South African record - but they have all been in much lesser company.
Gerrit Schlechter's mount was fifth in this in 2008 and fourth 12 months ago when he lost a front shoe at the start.
Trainer Des McLachlan decided to keep him at home in Port Elizabeth longer this time and did not travel him until Thursday evening. He believes that this could make a difference.
