I have to agree with Al here. Marcus was in trouble long before Strydom had to move a muscle and couldn't catch up even though Pokerface was treading water at the finish. That looked like a slow motion race in the last 200m and Safwan looked every inch like a piece of shit.

Felini I have to agree the only ones enjoying Christmas at this point are the bookies. The last few days have been a disaster for most.
On Anton - The problem with all good Jocks, they often get priced up at restrictive odds on horses that have only a fair chance of winning. This is where the bookies start turning profit.
Mansour kept that horse going to make the PA -m there are a lot who would have stopped riding. All credit to him if we can say that.
This short price favourite losing is getting tiresome though!

Anybody got some KY for the punters of the P6. Not even any entertainment value. Hoofed out of the Pick6 in the first leg over the last few meetings.

When bookies make mistakes i.e. pricing up a race incorrectly, thats when they put themselves at most risk. Pricing up false favourites is the quickest way to the bookies poorhouse.
Obviously value is in the eye of the beholder but the art of punting is finding overpriced horses so Al if you think the bookies have made a mistake with the price, exploit it!

If the form of results should continue then either of Coka or Pezula could win in Kempton and make 2009 not so bad.
