What's impossible about an odds on shot losing? Do we know how odds work? A 5/10 shot mathematically has a 33.33% chance of losing, for instance. Odds on means more chance of winning than losing, but the chance of losing is always there, reflected in the odds. It's basic arithmetic.

I too thought Corner House would win,but really the key to punting is to know your horses well. This horse has shown a tendency to hang under pressure in the past, and whilst the blinkers/Marcus strike did look to solve those problems,4/10 and shorter does not represent any value about a horse like this.

I see BW actually had 1-1 in their own betting, now at that price I would have had a bet,but to add this horse in multiples at a very short price really is not worth it.

I don't want to be an atem(aftertheeventmerchant) but horses like Corner House are best avoided, they only bring heartbreak to punters.

Dan de Lago/Pocket Power double was 22/10....but as Tommy Hotspur says its going to have to be a very good well weighted horse to come and beat PP here end Jan...
