If I'm not mistaken Danielle McCreedy is the granddaughter of the excellent jockey Johnny McCreedy, but her dad was never a jockey. I don't know about the Engiish lass but I've never heard of another jockey named McCreery.

The English lass is Danielle McCreery she`s 26 and is based in the North of England riding for Alan Berry and Ruth Carr.

She had a fall July 2008 and suffered serious concussion and was not given the all clear until after returning from South Africa last December where she rode two winners.

She`s had 25 winners over the last 5 years,but none from 24 this year..
