Maxibet is a stockbroker on the Phumelela stock exchange
most stockbrokers on the JSE attempt to make profit for their customers.
They offer between 3 and 10% per month, have some computer trading package showing stock pricwe movements, draws envelopes and nested envelopes and predicts the stock price movement.
else they rely on insider trading, which will get you jailed.
hence the Phumelela Stock exchange allows insider trading...without jail sentences..
guys like maxibet have their own computer package that predict winners, much like the JSE package predict share movement.
if you get scotia to convince formgrids or computerform to load their data to crystal reports or cognos or...cubes..then we do olap..and i will show you how to do your own selections....all on this site..

How often do you get a 6 year old mare running against colts and gelding, giving them weight, distance short of her best and is odds on favorite for the race....AND she gets up to win!!!
What a great mare from a great family!!!
Wish her and her owners nothing but the best for her year as well as with her older siblings year!!!
Great, great, great!!

She deserves a Gr 1 win. Paddock Stakes looks like a golden opportunity but Mother Russia can ruin the party.

Exactly right TH - imo the 'figures' should be the biggest, but definitely no the only aid that's needed to read a race; take BCL today; all the 'figures' suggest he is almost unbeatable, but who says he was even fit enough to justify the '32 points' rating - of course we will never know now.

I agree that you should use all the information that you have to make a decision.....Not only computer ratings, merit ratings or weight....EVERYTHING.
I know AW will tell me about cubes, and I certainly don't disagree with him but there are certain things the computer cannot tell me.
What the horse looks like before the race, what colours the jockey is wearing, who's grandmother backed the horse the last time when it was no good and who stuck their aunt into the horse this time......
This is a human game with human and animal factors to take into account.....No computer who can do that for me, only my own eye balls!!!
THAT'S why I love this game
LOL

Tommy
you are correct when we are punting straight bets..
1. wait for the horse to go down..
2. striding..
3. sweating..
4. drifting..
5. many other things a computer cannnot tell.
but consider the following when playing P6..
14 horses avarage in a race...
from race 4 to race 9...
want to play the P6....
must pick before race 4..
need to decide which races :
1. I put the field
2. go thin..perhaps banker..
must have some system..
1. have tried betting..banker the odds on...loose more than I win
2. have tried MR..banker the top MR that is FAV...loose more than I win
3. patterns..with cubes...works for me..
get scotia to convince crystal to load the data to cubes..
a new world will open..
all the punters will be playing with the cubes and patterns..
even the bookies will jump in...
the owners too..
