melbourne cup day i am told is a sight to behold and cheltenham in march is also very good

Ok so here goes my selections for the big races tonight:

Race 3: Father time to win it......He has run on Poly track before in his debut and hacked in.

Race 4: Junia Tepzia.....The Team Valor connection. Go Barry Go!!!!!!!!

Race 6: Midday to win.....She is running against a very modest looking American bunch and if she can run to her English form it willbe no race!

Race 8: Careless Jewel to win......Won 5 of 6 and is training up a storm

He did call the favourite a little prematurely when making that swooping run around the top turn. You can't come in the turn 6 lanes wide and then still kick past the quarter pole to win it....

But great commentary none the less
