It's been a great punting weekend so far hope it last... Thanx once again to Radetzky for starting it off :)
Although i was a bit disappointed come Friday nite i had 12% of the Greyville P6 only to see my ticket after the last & noticed the lady put 6 instead of 5 now i i've learned once again never to call out ur P6 rather fill out the form even if u trust the the person & they always take ur bets & neva made a mistake b4 but i blame myself aswell 4 not chking the ticket :(

Rabelle, Oceans Away, Dior Addict, Market Dominance & Cool Spender...

Happy Punting Guys...

I hope they race in PMB today. I am particularly interested to see how Dynamite Mike goes over a minimal trip. Surely this is not a prep run as this has seemed to be running every week. Guessing game or cunning plan?

East as for the Carryover please see www.africanbettingclan.com/forum/phorum-...15/read.php?3,117708 - will go on to Saturday's meeting. Probably Turfies. Cant understand why Gold Circle would have agreed to this.

Alcaponee -

They should race at Scottsville. Yery light sporadic drizzle only. After yesterday's 34 degrees and high humidity, drizzle might be good for the track.

Also, spoke to one of the owners of Dynamite Mike, they are expecting a huge run.

East - wish them all the best for me - I have been following for a long time now and should be able recoup cash on him if he wins.

When is your suoerstar running again?

Anything in racing is possible - we are after all talking about a horse that has beaten Hunting Tower and Jaypeg in the early part of his career. Both have since retired and if he loses again today then perhaps the owners should be looking the same way.

Have a look at DM in the Combat Leader formline. Raced over 1200 against the usual KZN sprint suspects and finished fourth. www.formgrids.co.za/subscriber/fgRaceRes...x?rn=2009-02SV540,ZA . Again facing the usual lot of sprinters over 100m shorter.

Anyway, i am only trying to convince myself I suppose.

Greg - You have a point. You don,t want to have mud in your face if it arrives.

Al - Include his other one in the 8th.

As for my "superstar" she will NEVER race again. I dont know of anyone else that have had sh*t luck with the first horse they have ever owned.

As a 2 year old, won a maiden first time out. Wins a grade 3 in the next outing. Runs 3rd in a Grade 2 in her 3rd run. Injured in the Allan Robertsons. Rested for 4 to 6 weeks. Come back into training, was full of herself and kicked out in her box. She cracks a pedel bone and chips a nevacular (spelling) bone on her hind foot. On Vets reports and scans etc, decided to retire her at the ripe old age of TWO.

I do have a "King of Kings" colt and a National Assembly filly. The colt should run in December

Terrible news East - You've had an different year or so. Big claim at the service station now this.

You've also had the joy of owning a good horse even if it was for a short time. Rather focus on these memories and they should repeat again. I will look out for the 2 new superstars.

You wont beieve me if I tell you what I like in that race (dont shudder Greg this is "Robsville") - Saumarez Park - if he runs. Another that I have followed for some time. (KZN South Coast owner) no i have not spoken to him, purely a feeling. i believe that sometimes you just have to follow till they win. Louis Pride case in point. The day I stopped following he won and chucked me out of the R100k pick 6.

Off to a birhday party, so will be hoping to come home to a bomb account.
